In mid 2018 The Executive Centre, which currently operates more than 125 centres within the Asia Pacific region, will makes its debut in the Middle East by launching in Dubai.
As one of the fastest growing economies in the world and with a reputation as a progressive business hub, Dubai is an exciting opportunity to develop TEC’s presence globally while supporting the strategic growth of its members.
CEO and Chairman of The Executive Centre, Paul Salnikow, explains some of the reasons for this important expansion: “Many may know Dubai as the fourth richest nation in the world, a fact that is clearly impressive, but The Executive Centre is extending its network and membership coverage to Dubai because it’s also one of the most cosmopolitan cities in the world, with expats from over 160 countries comprising over 85% of the population joining the Emiratis to make Dubai their home.”
Dubai is a rapidly growing market for commercial real estate, and The Executive Centre’s forthcoming centre will be located at One Central, Dubai World Trade Centre, a market-leading, Grade A development. The Executive Centre Dubai will house 288 workstations in addition to offering more than 40 seats within the exclusive member lounge and cafe.
The centre itself is composed of premium interiors and designer furnishings with a variety of multi-use spaces, meeting and conference facilities, as well as dedicated co-working arrangements. All spaces will be supported by state-of-the-art technology and a dedicated team of on-site professionals.
One Central, Dubai World Trade Centre brings together business, leisure and entertainment facilities in one prime location, offering first-class amenities with a variety of services, retail outlets and dining options. Members will be able to access both the integrated retail precinct at ground level and the exclusive rooftop gardens.
This centre is unique in Dubai because it will have both onshore and free zone areas, making it the first flexible workspace to have both these areas on the same floor. This will give members an added level of flexibility when they structure their business presence in Dubai.
The Executive Centre is excited to have found this opportunity to enter a leading global market to support the expansion of its existing members, and to welcome new members in the region. Given the large MNC presence in Dubai and the Middle East and the interest TEC has already received, the company expects to grow its domestic membership over time and showcase the bespoke solutions that it offers.
Managing Director of Global Accounts, Nidhi Marwah concludes, “I am looking forward to integrating member expectation with service excellence to deliver a truly integrated and highly specialized service to grow our members’ businesses in Dubai and beyond.”
TEC Dubai will be headed by Nidhi Marwah (Managing Director – Global Accounts) with support from Rajat Kapur (Senior Director – Gurgaon & NCR/ Dubai ) and an experienced local team.
