London Executive Offices To Occupy Final Floors At Mayfair’s Park House

• London Executive Offices has agreed to occupy the top two floors of Park House in Mayfair, London, leaving the building fully let
• The luxury serviced office provider has taken nearly 32,000 sq ft of space in Park House to meet customer demand
• The landmark building combines contemporary office space with luxury apartments and retail units facing onto Oxford Street

REM, on behalf of the owners of Park House, has today confirmed that London Executive Offices (“LEO”), the serviced office provider, has agreed to a 15 year lease to take 31,949 sq ft (2,968 sq m) of space at Park House, W1.

The building is now fully let and LEO will occupy the top two floors – seven and eight – of the building creating a new luxury space to meet customer demand for high-quality office accommodation in Mayfair.

LEO provides luxury serviced offices in Zone One. Each property is hand-picked for its aesthetic qualities and furnished to a high standard. Park House is the newest addition to LEO’s impressive portfolio of 38 locations, which includes both contemporary and traditional buildings.

Park House is a modern, mixed-use building that occupies a one-acre site on Oxford Street. The nine-story building comprises contemporary office space, nine double-height retail units and 39 luxury privately rented apartments. The retail units provide flagship stores for international fashion brands including Jurlique, Zara, Swarovski, Folli Follie, Links of London, Urban Outfitters, Bershka and River Island.

Park House is a two-minute walk from Marble Arch and a five-minute walk from Bond Street underground stations, with the latter benefiting from the opening of the Elizabeth Line (Crossrail) later this year.
