Robert Godinho, founder of international film production collective White Balance, has an innovative cabin his team can use to their full advantage.
The office has a “no door policy” to make him accessible to all employees and has a minimalistic design complete with a large window that provides plenty of natural light.
“The cabin was designed to be minimalistic yet warm,” said Godinho. “Minimalism helps in keeping founder of White the mind clutter free.”
After a cup of tea, the team gets together for their daily meeting.
On his desk you can find a Rubix cube, dark chocolates, hand sanitizer, cologne and a boarding school reunion souvenir, which he says is one of his most prized possessions.
