- Serviced office operator, Halkin, has announced its sixth workspace in London.
- The new location in Mayfair will provide 200 workstations with lounge areas across four floors.
- In keeping with Halkin’s brand, it has been designed to feel “more like a boutique five-star hotel” than an office.
Flexible workspace operator, Halkin, has announced the opening of its new Hanover Square office space in London’s popular Mayfair district.
Hanover Square is the sixth addition to Halkin’s portfolio of workspaces in the capital, with further expansion plans to be announced in the coming months.
The period property sits on the corner of Harewood Place and Hanover Square and boasts an abundance of natural light, high spec furniture and a design-led fit out by Meyer Office Solutions.
Over 200 workstations are available in private offices and lounge areas on the first, second, fifth and sixth floors of the building.
The imminent arrival of Crossrail and the development of Hanover Square into a pedestrian hub puts the property in the best possible position for growing SMEs and commuters. Oxford Circus Station and Bond Street Station can be reached in just under five minutes.
Matt Forster, Halkin’s Head of Marketing, explains:
“We’re really excited to introduce our latest workspace, through which we’re able to further our vision of combining technology and lifestyle with centrally located buildings to produce smart workspaces for the next generation of entrepreneurs.
“Rather than creating a cut and paste portfolio of identical buildings, each of our locations differs dramatically from the next to reflect the area and businesses that work there. Hanover Square feels more like a boutique five-star hotel than a regular office space.”
Halkin Offices was founded in 2015 by experienced serviced office provider Michael Kingshott (CVO). CEO Jonathan Kingshott, Michael’s son and his hardworking team have created a unique offering that reflects the current demand for design-led and community-driven workspaces.
Workstations at Halkin’s Hanover Square building start at £1000 per month. Visit halkin.com for more information.
