“Industrious first entered the Greater D.C. market just over a year ago and has since expanded to six locations across the DMV,” said Joyce Oh, Mid-Atlantic area manager, Industrious. “Our increasing NoVa presence well-positions Industrious to accommodate business growth and development across the region as we begin to see the Amazon effect take place. Each location is thoughtfully-selected to be in a desirable workplace destination that is easily accessible and highly-amenitized; we look forward to delivering an elevated workplace experience to our newest members at 2311 Wilson.”

Under the terms of the operating partnership with Carr Properties, Industrious will occupy the entire third floor of the building, approximately 25,000 square-feet. The location, known as Industrious Court House, will offer coworking and private offices for teams of various sizes. It is expected to be open for business Q1 2020.
