The roof terrace of the Flat Iron Building offers dramatic views of London and the iconic Shard.

The partnership comes amid a backdrop of rapidly increasing demand for managed office space from companies of 25 to 100 people. At The Flat Iron, these companies will be offered the opportunity to design a working environment that works for them as well as benefit from premium hospitality and management services once they move in.

Kitt has built powerful technology that allows tenants to design their space along with all the expected back office support functions required in a managed space. Tenants sign contracts directly with Amazon Property, with Kitt working with prospective tenants to provide bespoke design services and ongoing management of the space throughout the term.

A launch event on the evening of 10th October marked the official rebranding of the space with Kitt providing guided tours, gin and whisky tasting and music.

Tom Archer, Operations Director at Amazon Property, commented: “We are excited to be launching the Flat Iron with Kitt. Their model, innovative technology and focus on hospitality makes them a natural partner for this iconic building. We look forward to welcoming London’s most vibrant businesses into the space.”

Our shared perspective on how the commercial market is evolving, particularly for sub 5,000 square foot floors, presents an exciting future for both of us in this market.

“Both companies are passionate about allowing tenants to make their own mark on a space to enhance their own company culture in a productive working environment.”
