The roof terrace of the Flat Iron Building offers dramatic views of London and the iconic Shard.

The partnership comes amid a backdrop of rapidly increasing demand for managed office space from companies of 25 to 100 people. At The Flat Iron, these companies will be offered the opportunity to design a working environment that works for them as well as benefit from premium hospitality and management services once they move in.

ย Kitt has built powerful technology that allows tenants to design their space along with all the expected back office support functions required in a managed space. Tenants sign contracts directly with Amazon Property, with Kitt working with prospective tenants to provide bespoke design services and ongoing management of the space throughout the term.ย
