  • BE Offices has won two awards at the 2019 FlexSA Annual Industry Awards.
  • It includes Workspace of the Year for its Barbican centre and Community Engagement Activity of the Year for its work supporting a children’s charity.
  • Over the years BE has been honoured with eight awards from the sector’s industry body.

BE Offices (“BE”), one of the UK’s leading independent flexible space providers, scooped two awards at the industry’s annual dinner on Friday (29 November 2019). This is the first awards ceremony organised by the rebranded FlexSA organisation, formerly the BCA.

BE’s Barbican centre picked up the award for Operator of the Year for 15+ locations.

BE also collected the Community Engagement Activity of the Year award for its work supporting Rays of Sunshine Children’s Charity.

David Saul, Chief Executive and co-founder of BE, said: “We are delighted to have collected these awards at the first FlexSA awards dinner. I believe they reflect the hard work and dedication of the entire BE group of companies as we strive to deliver “best in class” service for all our clients.

“I also feel that these awards are a recognition of BE’s long and successful track record over the past quarter of a century, during which time we have constantly innovated and been an industry leader in many aspects of flexible space provision.

“In addition, to be recognised for our charitable endeavours is exceptionally pleasing. BE’s relationship with Rays of Sunshine is one that I’m particularly proud of as it has been embraced by all our staff, many of whom use their volunteering days to support the charity in various ways.”

Over the years BE has been honoured with eight awards from the sector’s industry body. BE has also been recognised for three consecutive years among Property Week’s Best Places to Work in Property; seven consecutive years among the Top 100 Sunday Times Best Small Companies to Work For; and has been awarded Silver Status by Investors in People.

BE currently operates a total of 22 centres in London, the Home Counties, and across the UK, under four different brands: BE Offices, Headspace, &Offices and BE.Spoke, with the latter focusing on providing accommodation solutions for large corporate occupiers.
