Brain Embassy, the first global flexible workspace brand by Adgar Investment & Development Ltd., has joined essensys’ growing community of tech-driven, flexible workspace operators to drive growth and efficiencies as they expand geographically to new markets.
“As the owner of Brain Embassy concept, Adgar Investment & Development is delighted to be working with essensys to execute our global expansion plans”, said Nir Kelner, Head of Global Coworking Unit of Brain Embassy. “Adgar is one of the first real estate companies in the world that decided to be part of this fast-growing market and offer our tenants an A-Z solution ‘under the same roof’.
“Currently, we own four buildings in Warsaw and a fifth in the city center will open by the end of 2020. We recently opened a location in Tel Aviv and are looking forward to opening another in Antwerp by mid-2020.
“We have an uncompromising commitment to quality at each of our locations and our alignment with essensys will help us to uphold this commitment and maintain the highest standard of services and operational efficiencies as we grow.”
Nir Kelner also commented, “Our workspace concept is based on the latest worldwide trends and our goal is to meet the varying workspace needs of businesses of all sizes – from small and medium enterprises to global corporations. Brain Embassy’s partnership with essensys will enable our operation to support the service requirements and development of our tenants internationally.”
Brain Embassy will employ essensys’ purpose-built flexible workspace technology platform to simplify the complexities of managing and scaling a multisite operation. The essensys platform will support operational performance, seamless service delivery and frictionless member experiences across the entire Brain Embassy network.
“essensys is delighted to welcome Brain Embassy to our ever-expanding community of tech-driven flexible workspaces,” says Michael Guest, Chief Revenue Officer at essensys. “We are excited to be the technology powering their ambitious expansion plans, enabling Brain Embassy to run an efficient and seamless operation, whilst delivering the most sophisticated member experience.”
This announcement comes on the heels of Brain Embassy’s recent re-branding initiative. The new BE brand reflects the business’s strategy to deliver function-based spaces of the future that are flexible, comfortable, creative and environmentally friendly.
