Each location includes a mix of private office space with meeting rooms, conference space and shared coworking.

These are Hana’s second and third U.K. locations, after St Martin’s Court, City of London, in September 2019. These additions to Hana’s network provide a location in the City of London at 70 St Mary Axe, and an easily accessible West London location at 245 Hammersmith.

Each location includes enterprise-grade private office suites ‘Hana Team,’ conference and events space ‘Hana Meet’, and a small portion of the unit dedicated to traditional coworking ‘Hana Share.’

“We are thrilled to continue to expand in London with these new locations,” said Paul Nellist, EMEA Managing Director, Hana. “London is a dynamic and ever-evolving city, and we’re looking forward to providing a range of workspace solutions for small-to-large enterprises and startups — delivering enhanced employee experiences.”

The locations provide workspace for small to large enterprises and startups.

Hana occupies the second to fourth floors, totaling 46,000 sq. ft. in the iconic 70 St Mary Axe, which is located in London’s vibrant financial district. The building is rated BREEAM Excellent, and is also recognised by Platinum Wired and Cycle scores. All tenants within the building will have access to the Hana lounge, located on the second floor, as well as a mix of private offices, on-demand meeting rooms and sophisticated coworking spaces. 70 St Mary Axe hosts a range of wellbeing events, and all occupiers can utilise best-in-class changing rooms and shower facilities at this address.

245 Hammersmith is a 242,000 sq. ft. new mixed-use development that includes a public plaza and an urban park, as well as retail and restaurants and has reset the standard for workspace in the West London sub-market. Hana occupies the first and second floors, totaling 28,000 sq. ft. There is also an impressive private roof terrace, and the building includes strong sustainability credentials, with 150 sq. meters photovoltaic panels and BREEAM Excellent rating. Similar to 70 St Mary Axe, 245 Hammersmith includes private offices, meeting rooms and coworking spaces where people can meet, collaborate and inspire.

Due to COVID-19, new measures have been put into place at all of our existing and new Hana locations including but not limited to increased cleaning, social distancing and space guidelines to ensure the safety and health of staff and members.
