SINGAPORE, August 2020 – JustCo, the leading coworking company in Asia Pacific will support the growth and recovery of businesses as they adjust and adapt to the new normal. The continued demand for flexible workspaces sees JustCo welcome global enterprises – L’Oreal, foodpanda and Riot Games to its large community. These three companies will house approximately 300 employees at the new JustCo centres located at OCBC Centre East and The Centrepoint.
JustCo at OCBC Centre East and The Centrepoint are expected to house over 2,000 members when they open in August and October respectively. In line with its mission to ‘make work better’ for businesses, JustCo will continue to offer members maximum workspace flexibility with short-term lease commitment, allowing them to adapt to today’s unpredictable global business landscape.
“Many large enterprises and corporates have adopted flexible workspace solutions as part of their business strategy. In the new normal, coworking spaces will remain as a relevant solution for businesses to upsize and right-size their space as and when required,” says Brandon Chia, Vice President & Head, Singapore and Indonesia. “JustCo will also be relocating its headquarters to a larger office space at The Centrepoint as we cater to the company’s growth and expansion. We believe the new office will boost the collaboration spirit and staff morale as we transit into a new era.”
JustCo at The Centrepoint will be the first smart coworking centre in Singapore to pilot a new workspace usage concept enabling the next generation of Work From Anywhere. This on-demand space usage model offers maximum flexibility with minimal commitment, allowing consumers to pay for only what they need while enjoying unlimited coworking benefits at ease. Members can access coworking amenities like the hot-desks, meeting rooms, phone booths, and exclusive networking events.
In addition, JustCo at The Centrepoint will also feature card-free access with Bluetooth capability, allowing members to unlock centre entrances, meeting rooms and private suites via the JustCo App. As part of the smart digital workspace, the in-house café at this centre comes with a coffee-making robotic arm, where guests can order and customise their desired beverages to a high degree of precision, be it western brews, local kopi or alcohol. All orders, customisation and payment will be done through the JustCo App – bringing customers added value and convenience.
“As a fast-growing global company, JustCo’s one-stop workspace solution has provided us with great convenience and flexibility to house our growing team while we work on numerous new game launches. We moved into JustCo less than a year ago, and have since outgrown our existing space. We are excited to be moving to a larger workspace at JustCo at The Centrepoint later in the year. Leaving the entire fit-out and workspace configuration in the good hands of JustCo’s professional team allows us to channel our resources to better focus on our publishing operations,” says Kaialani Ng, Office Manager of Riot Games Southeast Asia.
JustCo also offers a hybrid of workspace solutions for businesses looking to decentralise its workforce. Its new client, L’Oréal, will be housing their Travel Retail Asia Pacific employees at OCBC Centre East in the second half of 2020, so as to accommodate its growing team in Singapore. As a unique beauty leader, employees of L’Oréal Travel Retail Asia Pacific will benefit from the workspace accessibility as they are able to work from any JustCo centre across Asia Pacific, whenever they travel for business. JustCo’s fully furnished spaces will also provide them with convenient usage of meeting rooms, pantry, IT support, mail handling services, an on-site community team and more.
“JustCo workspaces have been great in meeting our team’s growing headcount, by allowing us to move into additional workspaces as and when the business requires. As a JustCo member, we also benefit from the readily available collaboration spaces, meeting rooms, convenience of the JustCo App and the exclusive networking events that help establish connections with other businesses within the JustCo community,” says Luc Andreani, Managing Director of foodpanda Singapore, a long-standing member of JustCo, who would be occupying an additional workspace at OCBC Centre East.
In today’s age of remote working and isolation, businesses recognize the need to innovate and accelerate its digital transformation in order to survive, scale and succeed. JustCo will continue to drive the Future of Work with focus on deepening its technological capabilities to create smart, digital workplaces that will enhance the overall workspace experience to better service and connect its growing community of over 25,000 members across Asia Pacific.
