New York, New York – September 14 , 2020 —The Connell Company today announced that it has partnered with Hana, a subsidiary of CBRE Group, Inc., to open and operate Round Table Studios, a new shared, flexible workspace at Connell Park (The Park), at 200 Connell Drive in Berkeley Heights, New Jersey. Round Table Studios will occupy 40,000 square feet at The Park and is scheduled to open in late 2020. This is the first owner-branded managed solution for Hana, which operates flexible workspaces under its own brand in the U.S. and the U.K.
Located 22 miles west of New York City directly off Interstate 78 and proximate to the Summit and Berkeley Heights train stations, Round Table Studios at The Park offers the perfect location for both urban and suburban companies looking to provide their employees with a healthy and productive local office solution.
