A new Venture X location at the Holyoke Mall in Massachusetts is a unique location, serving as the home of physical therapists, marketing specialists, and entrepreneurs looking for an affordable workplace.
The two-story coworking space on Lower Westfield Road features 16,000 square feet of private offices, receptionist services, conference rooms, mailboxes, IT security, a copy center, a worker lounge and cafe, and even podcast studios.
While being built during the midst of the pandemic, Venture X Holyoke focused on how to create a workspace for this era by focusing on various health-related proptech tools, like air filtration systems that can help prevent the spread of viruses.
Bathrooms also feature touchless technology, while app-based door entry system Keyless is used to give members access to the space. Venture X also cleans phone booths and conference rooms after each use, while shared desks have plexiglass dividers to ensure the safety of members.
