London’s King’s Cross neighborhood has announced plans to open its largest flexible office space.
The new space will be created in partnership between King’s Cross Central Limited Partnership (KCCLP) and The Office Group. The project will create a workspace to help “knowledge-based organizations, small companies and startups in King’s Cross.”
The workspace, which is expected to be completed by 2024, will be designed by Piercy&Company and take up 170,000 square feet. The layout of the building will feature collaborative spaces, flexible event areas, as well as a town hall space.
“Our joint ambition is very much to focus on the King’s Cross community, providing a solution for the existing occupiers and users across the estate, as well as drawing in new businesses and visitors to the area,” said Charlie Green, cofounder and co-CEO of The Office Group.
