Snap, the parent company of social media platform Snapchat, has revealed plans that would nearly double its office footprint.
The firm is in talks to lease around 25,000 square feet of space at the 167 North Green Street 17-story tower in Chicago’s Fulton Market, alongside tenants such as WeWork and Kroll.
After the deal is completed, Snap will move from its leased space located at 648 North Clark Street.
Snap is seeking to lease the 16th and 17th floors, which would feature a 2,000 square foot outdoor deck.
Transportations logistics provider MoLo Solutions is also looking to move into the 167 North Green Street building as well, which is currently close to being 70% leased.
