Industrious is taking over a former WeWork Atlanta location in Centennial Tower.
The flexible workspace operator will take up 20,000 square feet of the 31st floor according to The Dilweg Cos., one of the largest office landlords in Atlanta and owner of the building.
The Centennial Tower space will bring Industrious’ footprint in the Atlanta area to seven locations.
“As we expand our footprint across the city, it’s vital that we have locations in each submarket to provide members with as much flexibility and ease of access between our spaces as possible,” said Peri Demestihas, Senior Director of Real Estate at Industrious.
The new space will be available to lease starting in December.
This is not the first time Industrious has moved into a former WeWork location in the U.S. Last July, the company also took over a former WeWork location in Washington D.C.
