Granite Properties has announced the opening of its new workspace concept called Ready Collective in Houston.

The Dallas-based company opened a full workspace on the eighth floor of the Two Eldridge building in the Energy Corridor.

The space features eight fully furnished private office suites that can accommodate 10 to 20 employees, as well as a shared lounge, kitchen, meeting rooms, and reception area.

“It’s really a hybrid between coworking and an executive suite,” said Scott Martin, executive managing director at Granite Properties. “(Tenants) can lease these on a month-to-month basis or yearly. They have full access of our amenities in the project, including the conference center, the workout facilities and the food service.”

This project is aligned with the ongoing trend of commercial real estate owners incorporating their own flexible workspace brands into their buildings in order to attract new tenants.

Ready Collective also comes at a time when people are making a slow return to the office after the Delta variant spread forced companies to halt their return-to-office strategies.
