Industrious has teamed up with BentallGreenOak to help open a new flexible office in Jersey City.
The new location in Newport Tower will take up 43,000 square feet on the building’s third floor and is expected to open by the end of 2022.
Industrious Newport Tower will include private offices, shared workspaces, conference rooms, a cafe, lounge areas, and be able to service workers across New Jersey and the greater New York City area.
Newport Tower recently underwent a redevelopment that now features on-site restaurants, a tenant amenity center, member-based fitness facility, and an indoor skybridge that connects to the Newport Centre Mall.
“As companies finalize their return-to-office strategies, they’re looking for spaces that make it easy and exciting for employees to come back in,” said Doug Feinberg, senior director of real estate at Industrious.
