Colivingย company Common has announced it willย expand into St. Paul, Minnesota as manager of Alvera, a new apartment building in the city.ย
Common will manage the 193-unit building in downtown St. Paul, which was developed and is owned byย Ackerbergย Group and Northland Real Estate Group.โฏย
However, this space will not featureย colivingย components that Common is well-known for.ย
The Class A buildingย includesย two lobbies, a club room, a remoteย work space, an outdoor deck, a fitness center, and bike storage.ย
