Common To Manage St Paul Apartment Building Without A Coliving Option

Colivingย company Common has announced it willย expand into St. Paul, Minnesota as manager of Alvera, a new apartment building in the city.ย 

Common will manage the 193-unit building in downtown St. Paul, which was developed and is owned byย Ackerbergย Group and Northland Real Estate Group.โ€ฏย

However, this space will not featureย colivingย components that Common is well-known for.ย 

The Class A buildingย includesย two lobbies, a club room, a remoteย work space, an outdoor deck, a fitness center, and bike storage.ย
