Commercial real estate software company Yardi has acquired 42Floors.com, which is an online marketing platform geared towards tenants and brokers.
In addition to the acquisition, Yardi revealed it has fully redesigned the platform’s website.
The new redesign features a fleshed out commercial property search engine with over 320,000 commercial real estate listings, which includes coworking spaces, traditional offices, retail spaces, warehouses, and more.
The acquisition makes 42Floors.com a part of Yardi’s property research and marketing platform CommercialEdge, which also includes CommercialSearch, CommercialCafe, Point2, and PropertyShark.
42Floors.com currently attracts 2 million visits monthly, prompting 200,000 leads annually.
