Leading Space-as-a-Service (SPaaS) brand Bold – a NewFlex company, is joining forces with MIPIM and Propel by MIPIM, the only global event dedicated to real estate technology and innovation, to launch an exclusive mini-series of the #WorkBold Podcast that will be recorded over the prestigious event which takes place in Cannes over 15-18 March.
Hosted by entrepreneur Caleb Parker, founder of Bold, the new ten-part series will be recorded on location in a special Podcast Nook from the event which is set to draw 17,000 delegates this year, with Caleb sharing insights from CRE executives who are creating the future of commercial real estate. This exciting seventh season will be released shortly after the conference finishes.
The partnership builds on the existing success of the #WorkBold Podcast, the only podcast dedicated to Space-as-a-Service (SPaaS) which interviews industry figureheads, with guests to date including leaders from the likes of Hines, Ivanhoe Cambridge, Trilogy Real Estate, CBRE, JLL, Twitter and PwC to name a few.
To date, the podcast has been downloaded over 40,000 times in 50+ countries, reflecting the growing sector which today represents 6-10% of the overall CRE market but is predicted to grow to 30% over the next decade.
The #WorkBold Podcast audience includes asset managers, fund managers, property managers, landlords, property entrepreneurs and investors, real estate agents, operators and corporate real estate executives, all interested in the future of the sector as it evolves to meet new demands and needs.
