The Instant Group has announced that it will merge Davinci Virtual Office Solutions into its flexible workspace marketplace.
Through this merger, The Instant Group will become the world’s leading aggregator for virtual offices.
Salt Lake City-based Davinci Virtual Office Solutions offers virtual office and live receptionist services. Through the new merger, The Instant Group hopes to address the growing demand for virtual offices and overall workplace flexibility.
“We have seen demand increase significantly over the past year as virtual office solutions continue to enable a hybrid working economy,” said Martin Senn, chairman at Davinci. “Davinci’s customers are now asking for a suite of flexible office options to have more choice and enhanced business agility.”
Senn added that the merger will allow Davinci to expand its network, as well as help their clients gain access to a wider range of flexible offices.
Just last week, The Instant Group announced that it would be merging key digital assets with the world’s largest flexible office operator IWG, which includes EasyOffices.com, Meetingo.com, Rovva and Worka.
Through its various mergers, The Instant Group’s marketplace will have the ability to serve over 250,000 companies across 127 countries, consolidate over 25,000 workspaces, and provide services including virtual offices, office bookings, managed workspaces, consulting services, and more.
