Coworking operator Downtown Works has expanded its Little Italy location in San Diego. 

The 40% expansion will incorporate 24 new private offices, as well as one-to-two person spaces in San Diego’s Downtown area.

“We’ve added an entire floor of offices to meet demand for premium, flexible coworking space in Downtown San Diego. Remote work policies embracing today’s hybrid office trend are driving interest in coworking like never before,” said David Adato, chief operating officer of Downtown Works. 

Currently, the operator has two other locations in San Diego County that all members can access depending on their preference for the day. 

Each location features HVAC systems, WiFi, phone booths, conference rooms, private event spaces, complimentary coffee, and is dog-friendly.
