IWG is bringing its third Spaces brand to Austin, a city that has emerged as a remote worker oasis.
The new location will open in 2023 in partnership with property group Simon, and features amenities unlike other Spaces locations in the city.
Situated in the Domain corridor, members of the new location will have access to a variety of workplace choices, including day offices, meeting rooms, networking events, dedicated desks and more.
The Domain itself is home to countless retail and residential options, allowing Spaces members to access basic necessities when needed.
“The Domain has always been a leader in innovation and bringing a co-working space to the property is another testament to our commitment to the live, work, play and stay environment we have curated for the north Austin community,” said Patrick Peterman, Senior Vice President of Development & Asset Intensification at Simon.
