New York-based coworking flex space provider Industrious has been chosen by global investment manager Nuveen to curate a unique “tenant experience.”
This custom experience will be highlighted by an array of amenities, conference and event spaces, lobbies and more — creating a truly hospitable environment across 64 office buildings.
Occupants will have access to consulting services focused on the tenant experience, community programs, office hospitality standards, programming, analytics, talent attraction and more.
“We weren’t doing a good enough job of engaging with tenants,” Brian Wallick, Director of Asset Management or Offices at Nuveen, told Bisnow. “The whole goal is to make the workplace not just feel like work, we wanted to kind of give it that hotel, hospitality-type vibe.”
Industrious is rolling out their branded offering with a pilot program in Nuveen’s office tower on 730 Third Ave. in Manhattan.
