Australia-based coworking provider BubbaDesk is one of the country’s first to offer onsite childcare services and has recently announced a partnership with graphic design giant Canva.Â
The partnership marks BubbaDesk’s first corporate collaboration and could be a model for how to provide a vital workplace benefit offered by employers in the future of work. The partnership allows Canva employees in Australia to benefit from a 10% discount on subscriptions of six months or more.Â
The initiative also reveals the growing importance of flexible, family-friendly work environments by providing play and learning facilities, nannying services, and hot desks for working parents. Â
As companies increasingly prioritize work-life balance, such collaborations could become more common as flexible workplace solutions tailor their services to the needs of today’s workforce. Â
