Only 45% Of U.S. Workers Expect A Pay Raise In The Next Six Months

LinkedIn's Executive Confidence Index reveals that nearly half (49%) of U.S. executives report that pay raises and promotions at their organizations have become more restricted compared to previous years.

This cautious outlook appears to be driven by ongoing economic uncertainty and inflation, which have impacted both worker expectations and employers’ budgets for salary increases.

A separate survey, LinkedIn’s Executive Confidence Index, reveals that nearly half (49%) of U.S. executives report that pay raises and promotions at their organizations have become more restricted compared to previous years.
