Essential for community, collaboration and decision-making, meeting rooms and other small spaces are among the most valuable areas in the work environment. However, in many cases, the number, size and configuration of these spaces do not align with workplace needs. Post-pandemic, the reality is that most employees spend less time in the office, and so when they are there, right-sizing the mix of space to support collaboration and team work is more important than ever. According to industry reports:

• The modern work place is still in flux. By early 2025, less than two-thirds of people were back in the office full-time.

An option is also available to integrate OS Micro’s real-time data with conference room booking systems, employee apps/Web pages, digital signage, and other use cases.
