Singapore’s flexible workspace market saw a sharp rise in demand at the start of 2025, with a 37% increase in inquiries during Q1 compared to the previous quarter, according to new data from The Instant Group.
High-end flex spaces commanded a notable premium, with average monthly rates reaching $1,161 (US$912) per desk — around 36% higher than the overall market average of $851 (US$669).

Beyond pricing, the market has shown strong growth in user commitment. The average deal size for flexible offices has expanded by 41% since 2019, while contract durations have also increased by 44% over the same period, indicating a shift toward longer-term, larger-scale use of flex space in Singapore.
