Flexible workspace provider infinitSpace is powering up for its expansion into North America with the appointment of Andrea Pirrotti-Dranchak, a flex pioneer, as its new Head of Real Estate for the Americas.
On a mission to deliver a positive impact on people’s lives in local communities everywhere, infinitSpace creates and operates flexible workspaces on behalf of commercial real estate (CRE) landlords. It operates 11 locations globally, including nine across Europe under its own premium workspace brand, beyond (four in London, three in Amsterdam and two in Berlin), and two in the UAE.
Having doubled in size since the start of 2024, the company’s rapid growth is set to continue with four new workspaces opening in North America in the coming months: one in each of San Francisco (Q4 2025), Austin (Q4 2025), New York (Q1 2026) and Toronto (Q1 2026).
Andrea Pirrotti-Dranchak has joined the team to accelerate infinitSpace’s growth across the Americas. With over 25 years’ experience and a stellar track-record across more than 65 countries in leading revenue, real estate, and brand expansion for fast-moving, category-defining companies, she will now help devise infinitSpace’s commercial strategy, forging new partnerships with CRE landlords and asset managers.
Pirrotti-Dranchak has been an authority in the flex space since 1999, championing the workspace as a strategic tool to drive expansion for operators and business performance for asset owners. From 1999 to 2006, she was Regus’ Global VP of Marketing – Americas, with the business growing $200 million to over $1 billion in that period.
More recently, Pirrotti-Dranchak served as the Chief Development and Marketing Officer at Office Evolution (the world’s largest coworking franchise), as Global Enterprise Director at NewFlex (a leading flex operator for over three decades), and as Managing Director at Expansive, where she was responsible for growing the real estate portfolio in the US.
