Occupiers across Europe, Asia Pacific, the U.S., and the U.K. consistently place high value on reliable meeting space, showing a transition toward hybrid work and dispersed teams, according to Savills.
Beyond this shared priority, preferences begin to diverge. Users in Europe, Asia Pacific, and the U.K. place strong importance on access to phone booths and dedicated collaboration areas — features that support privacy and team alignment in hybrid models.
North American occupiers, however, show less urgency around these elements.
