IWG Expands Philippine Footprint With Six New Flexible Workspace Centers

By the end of 2026, IWG expects to operate 76 centers in the Philippines, with more than 100 sites already signed and in the pipeline.

International Workplace Group (IWG) is accelerating its expansion in the Philippines, planning to open six new flexible workspace centers in the first quarter of 2026, according to GMA News.

New Locations Across Metro Manila and Cebu

The upcoming openings will span key business districts in Metro Manila and Cebu. New centers are set to open in Quezon City, Makati, San Juan City, and multiple locations across Cebu, including Cebu City and Lapu-Lapu City. The sites will operate under IWG’s Spaces, Regus, and HQ brands.

Hybrid Work Drives Demand

According to recent research from Colliers, more than eight in ten Philippine organizations have adopted hybrid work arrangements, and nearly one-third plan to invest in workplace upgrades over the next year.

Flexible office providers have increasingly benefited from this trend, as companies look to balance cost efficiency, employee flexibility, and access to professional workspaces without committing to long-term leases.
