Nexudus Launches Redesigned Members Portal, Turning Coworking Websites into Commission-Free Storefronts

London, UK 14 April 2026. Coworking platforms are evolving from back-office tools into customer-facing storefronts, as operators adapt to how members actually discover, book, and pay for space. Speed, simplicity, and minimal friction are becoming critical to converting demand into revenue.ย

Nexudus announced the launch of its redesigned Members Portal, built to reflect this shift. The new experience brings together website, checkout, sales, and member management into a single, unified system โ€“ allowing operators to sell desks, rooms, memberships, and services directly from their own site without paying commission.

From fragmented systems to a unified experience

Traditionally, coworking journeys have been fragmented, with separate systems for websites, booking tools, payments, and member portals. This often results in unnecessary steps, account creation barriers, and lost conversions. The new Nexudus Members Portal is designed to remove that friction by creating a clear path from discovery to booking and beyond.

The platform also introduces a drag-and-drop editor that allows operators to design and manage their storefront without code. Teams can structure pages, configure navigation, and tailor content for different audiences in real time, without relying on technical support or development resources. This gives operators direct control over how their space, services, and brand are presented online.

Nexudus - Is Your Space Performing?

โ€œOne of the biggest challenges in coworking today is the inconsistency between the first joining experience and the day-to-day interactions after that,โ€ said Adrian Palacios, CTO at Nexudus. โ€œWe see this in customer feedback, online industry forums and data shown by our own help-desk module. Customers might have a smooth first interaction, but then encounter a completely different journey afterwards. We focused on making the experience consistent from the first booking through to every interaction that follows.โ€

Designed around how members actually book space

The redesign is grounded in around 100 hours of customer research, including conversations with operators and members to understand where friction occurs and what drives successful interactions. A consistent insight emerged: users want the simplicity of modern e-commerce, with fast checkouts, minimal clicks, and clear paths to action.

In response, the new portal introduces a built-in checkout that allows visitors to book and pay for services instantly, including desks, meeting rooms, and events โ€“ even without creating an account. Forms adapt dynamically to each transaction, and terms are accepted before payment, reducing drop-off and improving completion rates.

A self-service experience for modern workspaces

Beyond booking, the Members Portal supports a fully self-serve experience for members, allowing them to manage bookings, payments, and account details in one place. Repeat bookings can be completed in seconds, while operators benefit from reduced administrative overhead and fewer manual support requests.

The platform also brings structure to the sales process, enabling enquiries to be tracked, proposals generated, and follow-ups managed within a single workflow โ€“ helping operators move from ad hoc communication to a more consistent pipeline.

The launch reflects a broader shift in expectations across the flexible workspace industry. As members increasingly compare coworking experiences against the convenience of consumer apps and e-commerce platforms, operators face growing pressure to match that standard โ€“ not just in the quality of their space, but in how easy it is to find, book, and pay for it. Nexudus built the new Members Portal as a direct response to that pressure: a platform that lets operators compete on experience, not just price.
