U.K. flexible office marketplace Hubble is expanding into the U.S., giving businesses another platform to find shorter-term and flexible office space as demand for adaptable leases grows.
Owned by technology company Yardi, Hubble soft-launched in New York in October. Its U.S. marketplace now covers eight markets, including New Jersey, Philadelphia, Boston, Chicago, Washington, D.C., San Francisco and the wider Bay Area, according to BisNow.
The platform currently lists 10,433 office units across 706 buildings, including spaces operated by both large flexible workspace companies and smaller providers.
Hubble Plans More U.S. Markets
Hubble plans to expand to more than 1,500 buildings by the end of 2026 and enter another 10 U.S. areas, including Los Angeles, San Diego, Orange County, Denver, Phoenix, Atlanta and several Florida markets.
The company said rising office occupancy was one factor behind its U.S. expansion. Kastle’s office occupancy data reached its highest level since before the pandemic in late 2025, although office traffic remained well below early 2020 levels.
Hubble’s own survey also found that 28% of business leaders expect to increase office occupancy, while 3% expect to reduce it.
Flexible Leases Gain Ground
The expansion comes as companies continue adjusting how much office space they need. Hubble argues that businesses may want physical workplaces without committing to traditional long-term leases.
Hubble launched in London in 2014 and was acquired by Yardi in January 2025. The platform combines office listings with an advisory service for companies looking for workspace.
The company says it has helped more than 5,000 businesses in the U.K. and facilitated $200 million in rents for landlords and workspace operators.
Its U.S. rollout puts Hubble into a competitive flexible office market that already includes major operators, landlords and workspace marketplaces, with the company betting that demand for more flexible office commitments will continue as employers reassess their space needs.
