LOS ANGELES AND AMSTERDAM, September 17, 2026 — infinitSpace, the European flexible workspace provider and technology platform, today announced its entry into the United States through a long-term partnership for 612 South Broadway in Downtown Los Angeles. The company’s first U.S. location, beyond Broadway DTLA, is scheduled to open on November 2, 2026.
The agreement brings infinitSpace’s asset-light operating model to one of the world’s largest commercial real estate markets. Rather than taking conventional leases, the company enters long-term management partnerships with property owners. Owners retain ownership and long-term control of their assets, while infinitSpace provides the technology, commercial platform and member experience software required to establish and run a flexible workspace.
infinitSpace uses proprietary artificial intelligence across its platform to improve speed, efficiency and service quality. By reducing repetitive work, the technology enables teams to devote more time to hospitality, community-building and human connection. This supports the company’s mission to create a positive impact into people’s lives in local communities, everywhere.
The U.S. launch follows four years of international growth. infinitSpace now supports a global community of more than 8,000 members across three continents and expects that community to reach approximately 10,000 by the end of 2026. beyond Broadway DTLA will become infinitSpace’s 15th location worldwide. The company is targeting 30 new U.S. locations over the next 24 months, with an initial focus on Los Angeles, San Francisco, Austin, Seattle and New York.
The new location will occupy approximately 32,000 square feet (3,000 square metres) across floors two to five of the Desmond’s Building. It will provide approximately 400 memberships through private offices, shared workspaces, meeting rooms, lounges and community areas, together with a rooftop event space. An option for the sixth floor could add a further 8,500 square feet (790 square metres).
The existing workspace fit-out will be retained, allowing the location to open quickly while avoiding the cost and material waste of a complete replacement. beyond Broadway DTLA will serve entrepreneurs, growing businesses and established companies seeking a professionally operated and community-led workplace in central Los Angeles.
