Why Working From Anywhere Is The Best Way To Empower Employees (1)

Studies have shown that workers want remote work arrangements, and without it, are more than willing to quit their jobs.

Rather than going back to pre-pandemic normalcy, companies need to be prepared to adapt to the direction the workforce is going: working from anywhere.

Some leaders have pointed to productivity as their reason for being resistant to this change. However, a report from the Bureau of Labor Statistics showed that business productivity saw a 2.4% increase between the second quarter of 2020 and the second quarter of 2021.

Productivity is just the beginning. Employees have come to desire fulfilment at work and have reached the point of reconsidering what they want out of their careers.

Employee satisfaction has become one of the most important factors for a well-oiled workforce. Without it, companies are inevitably hurting the productivity they care so much about.

That’s why a work-from-anywhere approach is crucial, as it helps staff find an environment and scheduling that accommodates their needs and empowers them to produce their best work.

However, this requires more than telling employees, “Go work wherever you want.”
