JLL has announced that Tom Carroll will serve as its new Head of Research & Strategy in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
Carroll succeeds James Brown, who has transitioned to Head of Sector Strategy, Capital Markets, EMEA.
Within this new role, Carroll will oversee the organization of EMEA’s research team, while guiding its vision and strategy. He will also be part of JLL’s Global Research Executive Board and work alongside JLL Americas and APAC.
“Research is a critical part of the DNA of JLL and our research capabilities are uniquely positioned to support the business and clients as we plan and invest for long-term growth,” said Carroll. “I’m excited to take on this new challenge and look forward to leading the team as we assess the impact of the many trends and changes we see on real estate, markets and our clients’ strategies.”
Prior to his new role, Carroll served as Executive Director and Head of JLL’s Corporate Research & Strategy team in EMEA.
