Through the company’s offerings, businesses can hire top talent internationally and offer employees and contractors access to all work-related benefits and expertise.

“Our vision is a world where any business can hire anyone, anywhere, so that companies can build the best teams in the world and people can find a great career independent of their locations,” said Job van der Voort, cofounder and CEO of Remote.

“With this launch, we are in a better position than ever to build partnerships with the leading HR and finance providers in the region to help more companies transform their tech workforce through remote work and break down barriers to hiring international talent.”

The launch validates that the massive shift to remote and flexible work arrangements is taking the global workforce by storm. As the remote, freelance and independent worker population continues to grow, the need for perks and benefits programs that support these professionals has also grown.
