There is no one-size-fits-all solution, and organizations need to implement tailored tools and processes that work for their employees, clients and business models.ย
Top hybrid work technologies currently being used include:ย ย
- Remote working technology (47%)ย
- In-office collaboration technology (40%)ย
- Workplace experience apps (36%)ย
But more needs to be done.ย
With 55% of office-based employees now working in a hybrid way, companies must increase technology adoption to meet workforce preferences and business goals.ย ย

Good news is, the future looks a little brighter. While some companies currently lag behind in terms of hybrid work connectedness, the report shows there is widespread ambition to adopt technologies designed for hybrid work.ย
By 2025, 78% of companies plan to incorporate the majority of technologies considered essential into their hybrid work strategies.ย
