A study conducted by NinjaOne reveals that 55% of Gen Z graduates from the class of 2023 prefer remote or hybrid work models. The study is based on a national online survey conducted with 1,000 Gen Z Americans between the ages of 22 and 25. The survey results also demonstrate that access to modern IT tools, fast problem resolutions, and flexibility in work are among the top priorities for this generation.
