- The Flexible Space Association (FlexSA) hosted its highly anticipated annual Gala Dinner and unveiled the prestigious FlexSA Awards 2023 winners.
- A highlight of the evening was the announcement of the winners of the Flexible Space Association’s Annual Awards, which had received their highest ever number of entries.
- FlexSA represents over 1,000 flexible workspace locations across the UK.
The flexible workspace industry came together on Thursday 23 November 2023 at The Landmark Hotel in Marylebone, West London, as the Flexible Space Association (FlexSA) hosted its highly anticipated annual Gala Dinner and unveiled the prestigious FlexSA Awards 2023 winners. FlexSA represents over 1,000 flexible workspace locations across the UK and the industry is growing, with 78% of landlords seeing an increase in flex demand and 67% of operators planning for expansion in the UK (data from The Instant Group).
A highlight of the evening was the announcement of the winners of the Flexible Space Association’s Annual Awards, which had received their highest ever number of entries. The companies crowned the winners were:

- Nene Business Centre – Excellence in Customer Service, Midlands
- Hope Park Workspaces – Excellence in Customer Service, North
- Clockwise Edinburgh Leith – Excellence in Customer Service, Scotland, Wales & NI
- Inigo Cheltenham, Harley House – Excellence in Customer Service, South West
- DeskLodge – Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) Initiative
- Wizu Workspace, Sheffield – Service Innovation
- NCG – Technology Innovation
The event kicked off with a lively reception in the Drawing Room, before guests moved to the magnificent surroundings of the Marble Ballroom. Following the presentation of the awards, the evening continued with a three-course dinner, and culminated with a live band, and many guests taking to the dance floor.
Jane Sartin, Executive Director of the Flexible Space Association, said of the event, “Our Gala Dinner is a firm fixture in the flexible workspace industry’s annual calendar, and it was good to hear many of the guests saying it was the best one yet. We had a record number of entries for our awards, and it was wonderful to celebrate the finalists and winners, and put the spotlight on many achievements of the past year.”
The success of this year’s Flexible Space Association Gala Dinner was supported by Headline Sponsor and FlexSA Member, UltraSoft Technologies, whose CEO Harun Biswas presented the first of the evening’s awards.
