Chipotle Launches AI Assistant “Ava Cado” To Cut Hiring Time By 75%

Ava Cado will chat with candidates, answer questions, gather information, schedule interviews, and extend job offers, operating in multiple languages.

Chipotle Mexican Grill is partnering with Paradox to implement AI-driven hiring across its restaurants. The initiative introduces a virtual assistant, “Ava Cado,” to streamline the recruitment process, potentially reducing hiring time by up to 75%, according to Chipotle’s press release.

“Paradox is currently being introduced in a phased approach across more than 3,500 restaurant locations, with plans for completion this month. The recruiting system aims to decrease the time to hire, reduce job advertising costs, increase hiring for hard-to-fill roles, and improve candidate experience,” according to the release.
