The company’s hiring framework is centered on ability, not academic credentials. Roles that previously demanded degrees are now open to applicants who can demonstrate relevant expertise. Active listings include positions in event planning, tech support, and consulting, many of which prioritize performance over formal education.
A dedicated portal allows users to search for roles and apprenticeships that don’t require a four-year degree. While education is still valued, the emphasis is on what candidates can do, not just where they studied.
