Deloitte is expanding its talent strategy by actively recruiting candidates without college degrees, focusing on real-world skills and experience to fill key roles. This approach addresses talent shortages by attracting skilled candidates often missed by traditional hiring practices.

The firm, with operations in over 150 countries and a global workforce nearing half a million, has introduced multiple pathways for applicants from non-academic backgrounds, according to Forbes. These include programs for professionals returning to work, individuals looking to enter new fields, neurodivergent talent, and military-affiliated candidates.
