Deloitte announced on Monday that it will introduce the artificial intelligence assistant Claude to more than 470,000 employees in over 150 countries. This marks the most extensive enterprise implementation of Anthropic’s technology since the company’s founding, according to CNBC.Â
Custom AI Tools for Deloitte Teams
As part of the rollout, Deloitte plans to create specialized versions of Claude tailored to different employee roles, including accountants and software developers. A dedicated internal Claude Center of Excellence will also provide support and guidance to employees to help them integrate the tool into their workflows.
The internal deployment is designed not only to boost productivity across Deloitte’s operations but also to position the company to better advise its clients on AI adoption.Â
Anthropic Expands Global Presence
The deployment comes at a time when Anthropic is accelerating its international growth. In September, the company announced it would triple its overseas workforce and brought in a new executive to lead the expansion. That same month, Anthropic released its latest model, Claude Sonnet 4.5, and closed a $13 billion funding round, pushing its valuation to $183 billion.
A Competitive AI Market
Anthropic’s deal with Deloitte strengthens its position in the crowded AI economy, where it competes with major players like OpenAI and Google. With more than 300,000 business customers already using its products, the company is scaling fast to meet growing enterprise demand for generative AI tools.
