NEW YORK, NY — June 8th –– Industrious, the New York-based workspace provider, today announces the launch of its Manhattan location in Union Square. Industrious is the country’s leading provider of premium, hospitality-focused coworking spaces and private offices, and has built its Manhattan location in the heart of Union Square to complement its growing national network. Industrious Manhattan’s members will include companies in industries varying from non-profits to established technology startups. The companies making up the Industrious Manhattan roster will include Wapanda, Speak Up Africa, Point Source Youth, and Via Technik.

“We always knew that our first location in Manhattan had to deliver a special experience to companies looking to make it their home. We waited until this space became available because we knew it was perfect for our members, and we’re excited to offer them our trademark hospitality at the best location in the city.” said Jamie Hodari, Industrious CEO and cofounder.

The new 17,500 sq. foot space, located on the 12th floor of 215 Park Avenue South, with views of Union Square, contains sixteen new private offices and enterprise suites. Access to the building is 24/7 and leases are available as flexible month-to-month agreements for local businesses and national companies with teams of 1-50 looking to expand their portfolio. Private offices start at $1,630/month, and a coworking seat is $550/month.

“The Manhattan expansion is a big milestone for us in New York, and we’re looking forward to welcoming more members and growing our community in our home city,” said Krissy Sheehan, Community Manager at Industrious Manhattan. “This expansion has been in the works for over a year now, and we’re excited to finally give Manhattan a taste of Industrious.”

The Industrious Manhattan coworking space offers its members breakfast every day from Irving Farm and Breads Bakery. Additionally, members have access to a mother’s room, conference rooms, phone rooms, unlimited printing, mail center, fully stocked cafe, and a beautiful, sunny lounge area. Industrious focuses on personalized attention and customer service to make sure each member feels at home away from home, offering bespoke celebrations for important life events to milk and cookies on a rainy day.
