The Evening Standard recently published an interview with Gabriela Hersham, founder of one of the first coworking spaces to be established in London. Huckletree has a strong focus on the tech industry and it’s one of the reasons why it sets itself apart from other coworking spaces in the UK capital. In order for companies to call Huckletree their home, “they have to be either an innovative tech business, a company funded by venture capital, or a start-up targeting Millennials and Generation Z.”[/ezcol_3quarter_end]

Coworking in Israel is growing, “the number of coworking sites in the country is expected to double in 2019, but competition (is) taking its toll,” according to a recent article on CTech. According to the article, “in recent months at least four coworking sites in the country have quietly gone under.” And although this might discourage operators, CBRE estimates that about 50,000-60,000 square meters more will be leased by coworking operators by the end of this year.[/ezcol_3quarter_end]
