The innovative, flexible workspace, Avenue HQ opens its doors in St Paul’s Square with a free trial week. This is the second Liverpool site, providing a modern approach to the traditional office space in the Business District. With an established and thriving site at Avenue HQ Mann Island, St Paul’s Square will be the newest home to the flexible workspace community.
Covering the entire 2nd floor of the prestigious No.4 St Paul’s Square, the Grade A office space will provide Liverpool’s growing business scene with 22 offices, varying in size, and a number of coworking spaces. The free trial week, commencing Tuesday 7th May, will be open to anyone, allowing the people of Liverpool the opportunity to have the full Avenue HQ experience. Anyone can make themselves at home, meet and collaborate with others, and of course, enjoy our facilities.

In addition to the offices and coworking space, the site at St Paul’s Square has a wide range of meeting rooms and events spaces, including a high-spec conference centre, which can host events of up to 200 people. This provides premium event space for both members and the business community. It also includes a brand new bar and eatery, St Paul’s Social, that will cover workers from morning till night, with a wide variety of drink and food options including craft beers, cocktails, breakfast items and sociable sharing platters.
Over the week there will be a range of free events to attend, demonstrating the benefits that members of Avenue HQ experience. These will include a member breakfast, post-work yoga and live music and wine tasting in St Paul’s Social.
