Research shows that a third of the U.S. population will need to find new jobs by 2050 as automation becomes more relevant in the workforce, and WeWork is responding to this trend.
“We think a lot about the impending and ever-increasing need for people to find new career paths, and how do you facilitate that, how do you get people the education they need, how do you get the space right…[we need] all these things to make that work,” said Lindsay Baker, WeWork’s head of sustainability and well-being.
