- Industrious will operate around 37,000 square feet of office space, which will span three floors of a building in downtown St. Petersburg.
NEW YORK, NY (June, 2020) – Industrious, the largest premium workplace provider and leading ‘work from anywhere’ platform in the U.S., today announced its partnership with Third Lake Partners, LLC (“Third Lake”) to open a new location in St. Petersburg, Florida. The company will operate nearly 37,000 square-feet at 200 Central Avenue, which will span the downtown building’s third, fourth and fifth floors. The location, Industrious 200 Central, will offer the first-ever national coworking space in St. Petersburg and brings Industrious’ footprint in the Tampa Bay area to more than 120,000 square-feet.
