LSH Property Australia will welcome premium flexible office space provider, Work Club Global, to its new luxury retail and commercial destination, Breakfast Creek Lifestyle Precinct.
Set to open in early 2021, Breakfast Creek Lifestyle Precinct will be Work Club Global’s first site in Brisbane and its sixth nationally, with a footprint of 1,600 square metres.
Work Club Global, which provides premium flexible office space in prestigious locations, such as Sydney’s Barangaroo and Melbourne’s Collins Street, chose Breakfast Creek Lifestyle Precinct for its strong luxury focus and the proximity to like-minded brands.
The workspace innovator will join a collection of first-class tenants including Mercedes-Benz Brisbane, Queensland Sotheby’s International Realty, and multi-award-winning chef Shannon Kellam, bringing his new culinary offerings MICA, Lumiere Events and Culinary Studio, and production kitchen The Kneadery.
Nicholas Quince, Chief Financial Officer and Director, LSH Property Australia, said, “Our vision for Breakfast Creek Lifestyle Precinct is to create the very best in experience, and this extends to the business community.
Over the coming years, there is likely to be dynamic movement within the serviced office space, and partnering with Work Club Global enables us to provide a first-class flexible offering to businesses of all kinds.
The opening of Work Club Global further strengthens our position as a first-to-market concept, providing a holistic experience for customers across multiple luxury brands, in a way that has never been done before in Australia.”
The new tenancy at the five-level, 32,712-square-metre waterfront precinct builds on Work Club Global’s success in Sydney and Melbourne and will provide local businesses and individuals with a range of flexible workspace experiences to suit their needs.
As well as bespoke, boutique flexible office spaces, Work Club Global members and their guests will have access to the curated ‘Florence Guild’ event series, which is Work Club’s unique way of creating experiences between members that result in meaningful encounters, conversations and connections. Complementing Breakfast Creek Lifestyle Precinct’s focus on experience, event themes include art, philosophy, health and mind.
Work Club Global’s spaces are designed to be functional, sensory and timeless, incorporating handcrafted items from independent workshops across Europe, using materials such as raw steel, solid timber and raw leather.
Work Club Global Founder and Chairman, Soren Trampedach, says, “At Work Club Global, we’re committed to creating premium flexible work environments and providing experiences that extend well beyond the traditional serviced office. We are thrilled to join forces with LSH Property Australia to bring the Work Club Global brand to Brisbane, and to offer businesses access to our best-in-class spaces and experiences.”
“Breakfast Creek Lifestyle Precinct’s focus on partnering with like-minded premium brands aligns strongly with our philosophy, which is about creating a better connected human ecosystem that brings different industries together to create new ideas. We’re looking forward to opening our doors to members, and bringing people together through our curated experiences and services.”
The revolutionary Breakfast Creek Lifestyle Precinct was borne from LSH Property Australia’s vision to create a new destination in an evolving city, complementing major tenant Mercedes-Benz Brisbane with premium brands that service a similar clientele, to create long term partnerships.
Other leading brands spanning hospitality, property and business include chef Shannon Kellam who is delivering a waterside brasserie-style eatery roof-top dining and event venue, wine bar and terrace, providing panoramic views from Brisbane’s CBD over Newstead House. Queensland Sotheby’s International Realty, a world-renowned brokerage agency, is also a tenant, having relocated its head office to the precinct.
Along with its Australian sites, Work Club Global provides members with access to exceptional spaces across 15 countries, with its network of affiliate spaces in major cities globally.
