Leading serviced and flexible office provider Office Space in Town (OSiT) has launched OSiT adjust, a new generation flexible workspace product, which allows clients to reserve a serviced office space on a short-term and part-time basis.
Given the uncertainty caused by the coronavirus pandemic, businesses are seeking increased flexibility when taking office space. For example, the average commercial office lease length in the UK declined by 10 months in the period between February and June this year, according to property data group Re-Leased. In the flexible arena there has been a similar trend, with businesses seeking to take office space for ever shorter periods.
Through OSiT adjust, clients can reserve a workspace for a minimum of just one day, with prices starting from £225 per day for an eight-person office. With an average office size serving up to 10 people, OSiT adjust is appropriate for a broad range of companies, from early stage growth businesses to larger corporations seeking break-out space and flexible working options for their teams.
At any of OSiT’s centres, businesses will be able to welcome their staff into a working environment that is safe and provides a quality service, with Office Space in Town recently certified ‘Good to Go’ – the official UK mark to signal that a business has worked hard to follow Government and industry COVID-19 guidelines and has processes in place to maintain cleanliness and aid social distancing.
OSiT adjust was conceived by Sarah Singlehurst, Sales Director at Office Space in Town, in response to a growing number of enquiries from businesses seeking far greater flexibility when taking office space, with the option of being able to book their office for limited or shorter periods.
The new product will complement the high-standard of services that OSiT already provides across its 11 building portfolio, including its seven locations in Central London. Whether they choose a designated office space with desks and workstations or a meeting room, clients will have access to the full suite of services provided by OSiT.
For the length of a client’s booking, OSiT will collect post and direct phone calls to the company’s individual office in any OSiT building. OSiT will also provide a deep-cleaning service for the office after each day that the space is used to ensure it is compliant with health and safety policies – a measure that has been implemented across OSiT’s portfolio.
